Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for new and modernized IT solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable systems that support fraud detection and data analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data integrity.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to meet regulatory and security standards.
- Document system architecture, processes, and user guides for ongoing maintenance and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation within a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques for fraud detection.
- Experience with health‑care IT standards and security frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
