About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Configure and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement virtualization solutions (e.g., Hyper‑V, VMware) to optimize resource utilization.
- Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 technical support to end users, resolving incidents and requests efficiently.
- Apply security best practices, conduct vulnerability assessments, and enforce access controls.
Requirements
