About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site and remote support for Windows Server and Linux systems across multiple long‑term care facilities.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Implement and manage cloud services (Azure/AWS) to support application hosting, data backup, and disaster recovery.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices, perform vulnerability assessments, and respond to incidents.
- Collaborate with facility staff to train and empower end‑users on technology usage and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a healthcare or similar regulated environment.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
