Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Information Systems Security Manager for AFSCI sites, overseeing all cybersecurity requirements for classified and unclassified systems.
- Manage, maintain, and assess security controls, ensuring compliance with Air Force and DoD standards.
- Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk mitigation activities across the organization.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and incident response plans for SCI facilities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security into system design and deployment.
Requirements
- Strong background in information security and network security within a defense or classified environment.
- Experience managing AFSCI or equivalent compartmented information systems.
- Proficiency with security assessment tools, risk management frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior leadership and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
