Software Engineer
IT Specialist responsible for maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure, troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems, managing network security, and supporting cloud services. Strong focus on proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of IT operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve network, storage, and application issues across the enterprise.
- Implement and maintain security controls, including firewalls, antivirus, and patch management.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
- Support Azure cloud services, including VM provisioning, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Document procedures, create knowledge base articles, and train end users on best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or system administration.
- Proficient with Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat/CentOS), and PowerShell scripting.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLAN).
- Experience with Azure services and cloud security fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
