Lead the ownership and governance of R&D and product development applications, ensuring secure, compliant, and stable platforms that support reliable product development and New Product Introduction across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT application owner and SME for assigned R&D and product development applications.
- Drive the full lifecycle of applications, from design and implementation to retirement, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT standards.
- Implement and maintain robust security and compliance controls across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous product improvement.
- Provide governance, performance monitoring, and incident response for critical applications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in application lifecycle management within a technology or R&D environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, security best practices, and compliance regulations.
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise architecture and integration of new product development tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
