Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for hardware and software installation, including desktops and Zebra printers, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, collaborating with operations and project teams to eliminate recurring problems.
• Develop and maintain automated alerts and reporting tools to monitor system health and performance.
• Enhance database performance through SQL tuning, indexing, and schema optimization.
• Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and contribute to knowledge base updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience with SQL and database administration in a production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software, including experience with Zebra printers.
• Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for monitoring and reporting.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
