About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second line technical support for end‑users across all sites and remote workers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Maintain and update service desk knowledge base, ensuring accurate documentation of incidents and solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT Services Team to implement system upgrades, patches, and security controls.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and mitigating potential service disruptions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical support or service desk role.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
