Software Engineer
Experienced ServiceMax developer responsible for building, customizing, and integrating ServiceMax solutions on the Salesforce platform, including workflow creation, UI development, and third‑party system integration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceMax applications according to functional specifications.
- Implement ServiceMax components such as workflows, custom objects, Apex classes, and Visualforce pages.
- Integrate ServiceMax with Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and end‑user training for ServiceMax solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience developing on the ServiceMax platform.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience integrating ServiceMax with third‑party applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of workflow automation, custom objects, and data modeling within ServiceMax.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
