About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end transition of large‑scale digital initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery into BAU service operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define transition plans, risk assessments, and success metrics.
- Apply ITIL best practices and Agile principles to manage change, configuration, and release activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of transition processes, tools, and documentation.
- Communicate progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Service Management and Transition, preferably within a government or large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyse complex systems and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
- Experience with digital omni‑channel platforms and BAU operations is highly desirable.
