Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of mainframe and .NET developers, ensuring high availability of business‑critical integrations.
- Design, implement, and modernize enterprise integration solutions, transitioning legacy workflows to API‑driven architectures.
- Architect and maintain data pipelines for reporting and analytics, leveraging Power BI for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, performance tuning, and security compliance across legacy and modern platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with deep knowledge of mainframe environments and .NET development.
- Proven track record of leading teams through modernization initiatives and API‑centric architecture.
- Strong understanding of data integration, ETL, and business intelligence tools, especially Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
