About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Lead the full solution lifecycle from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with supply chain and procurement objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and data analysis to uncover process gaps and recommend technology enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize backlog items, manage scope, and deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations for sustainment and future product evolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within IT, preferably in supply chain or procurement domains.
- Proven track record of delivering technology solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.
