About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement IAM solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Design and enforce identity governance frameworks, including role‑based access control and segregation of duties.
- Integrate SSO, MFA, and privileged access management across cloud (AWS, Azure) and on‑prem infrastructures.
- Conduct security assessments, gap analyses, and recommend remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align IAM initiatives with overall security architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, identity governance, or related security domains.
- Hands‑on expertise with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, SSO, MFA, and privileged access management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty) are a plus.
