About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IT projects.
- Translate requirements into detailed UML and BPMN models, ensuring clarity for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to refine scope and validate solutions.
- Collaborate with Agile teams, creating and maintaining product backlogs in JIRA.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support testing and validation activities to confirm solution alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst in IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA and related documentation tools.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering clear, actionable specifications.
