About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and triage incoming IT service requests and incidents.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and release schedules.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives using Agile frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and track progress.
- Generate regular status reports and metrics on request fulfillment and backlog health.
- Continuously improve request handling processes and documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT service management or backlog administration.
- Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills for translating business needs into technical tasks.
- Experience writing basic SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
