This role offers an opportunity to support strategic technology hiring initiatives for a global organization operating in the identity and security space. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and assessing high-quality IT talent across specialized domains. The position combines proactive sourcing, candidate relationship building, and recruitment operations within a collaborative remote environment. You will partner closely with internal recruitment teams to understand hiring priorities and deliver qualified talent pipelines. This is a hands-on role suited for a recruitment professional who enjoys solving complex hiring challenges. The successful candidate will contribute directly to improving talent acquisition efficiency and supporting business growth through strong technology hiring practices.

Accountabilities:

The IT Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing sourcing activities, supporting recruitment delivery, and building strong candidate pipelines for technology-focused roles. The role requires a proactive approach to talent identification, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.

• Conduct proactive sourcing and passive candidate searches for a variety of IT positions using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.
• Build, maintain, and document talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring requirements.
• Partner with recruitment teams and stakeholders to understand role priorities, hiring challenges, and candidate expectations.
• Perform initial candidate screenings, pre-assessments, and qualification reviews to evaluate suitability for open positions.
• Support recruitment documentation, applicant tracking system updates, dashboards, and regular hiring reports.
• Deliver qualified candidate shortlists aligned with technical requirements and role expectations.
• Track recruitment progress, communicate updates, and identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced technology recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a remote setting. A background in recruiting technical profiles and managing end-to-end hiring activities is highly valued.

• 3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience in an agency or in-house recruitment environment.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and other talent platforms.
• Experience recruiting for technology domains such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise technology sales, or presales is preferred.
