Software Engineer
IT Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for testing and validating SaaS web applications using Selenium, API tools, and SQL. Works in an agile environment to identify defects, collaborate with product teams, and ensure high-quality releases.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for web and API endpoints using Selenium and Postman.
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Product Managers to understand functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regression, performance, and security testing on SaaS applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives, providing feedback on quality and process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience in a SaaS or web application environment.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and database testing.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and JIRA project management.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
