About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio governance activities, establishing and maintaining project standards, templates, and compliance checks across the organization.
- Collaborate with project teams, portfolio leaders, and regional stakeholders to align initiatives with corporate strategy and resource availability.
- Collect, analyze, and report portfolio performance metrics, financials, and risk indicators to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of portfolio processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to enhance transparency and decision‑making.
- Facilitate portfolio review meetings, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT portfolio or program management within a large enterprise.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of governance frameworks, Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and portfolio management software.
