Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle for enterprise IT solutions, ensuring alignment with the Intelligence Community’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project teams, facilitate sprint planning, and deliver incremental value while controlling scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate information enterprise risks, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Coordinate cross‑agency integration efforts, fostering secure collaboration and data sharing across the Intelligence Community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale IT projects within a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and information security principles.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams using Agile practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
