Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor large‑scale IT projects supporting mission‑critical services for multiple agencies.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and resolve issues.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity and data protection policies.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics, providing regular status reports to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in a government or large‑enterprise environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and traditional project management methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk registers effectively.
- Knowledge of federal IT regulations, cybersecurity standards, and IT service management best practices.
