What are we looking for?

Are you a delivery-focused Project Manager who can manage multiple projects while maintaining client confidence and strong commercial outcomes? In this role, you will own projects end to end, ensuring delivery is structured, visible, and aligned with business objectives.

You will work closely with the PMO and broader team to manage concurrent projects across the full lifecycle, from presales and Statement of Work through to delivery, governance, invoicing, and closeout, while also supporting managed services governance where needed.

This role offers strong ownership and variety, from scoping new engagements to leading client governance and milestone sign-offs. You will drive delivery, protect commercial integrity, and contribute to a strong, evolving PMO environment.

What are you expected to do?

• Own a portfolio of concurrent projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from presales and SoW through delivery, governance, and closeout.
• Maintain accurate project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, with clear RAG status and early risk escalation.
• Drive delivery execution to time, scope, and budget, and maintain portfolio visibility across all active work.
• Facilitate client workshops, including discovery, requirements gathering, and architecture review, alongside internal SMEs and technology partners.
• Plan and chair client status reporting to the agreed cadence (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).
• Manage senior client stakeholders with an appropriate executive tone and governance discipline.
• Lead steering committees, phase-gate sign-offs, and milestone reviews for milestone-based engagements.
• Own the service review cadence for assigned managed services clients, managing escalations, incidents, security findings, and continuous improvement actions.
• Maintain stakeholder registers, escalation paths, communication plans, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate vendors and sub-contractors for specialist delivery work (e.g., networking, security, data).
• Draft and issue Letters of Engagement, Statements of Work, and variations across T&M, fixed-price, and hybrid commercial models.
• Manage change requests and variations through formal approval, protecting commercial integrity before work commences.
