About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects supporting clinical and academic operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using Microsoft Project and Jira.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and apply hybrid project management approaches to meet diverse stakeholder needs.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, providing timely escalations and corrective actions.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in higher‑education or healthcare environments.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and risk/budget management.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Confluence).
