Lead cross‑functional technology initiatives in environmental consulting, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and risk while applying Agile practices and stakeholder coordination to deliver sustainable engineering solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive program scope, timelines, and deliverables for multi‑disciplinary engineering and digital modeling projects.
- Apply Agile and hybrid project management frameworks to coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Manage program budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation, tracking performance against KPIs and adjusting plans as needed.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, implementing contingency strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners, delivering regular status reports and executive briefings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs, preferably in environmental consulting, civil infrastructure, or energy transformation.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with a track record of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and diverse technical teams.
