About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for multiple development teams.
- Coordinate program schedules, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure alignment with mission‑critical objectives.
- Utilize ServiceNow to track work items, incidents, and change requests, ensuring transparent reporting.
- Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile best practices to improve velocity and quality.
- Engage with stakeholders, senior leadership, and security officials to communicate status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Agile delivery and program management within software engineering environments.
- Proven expertise as a Scrum Master, including certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform for workflow and ticket management.
- Active Top Secret SCI clearance with a current polygraph.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to work in a secure government setting.
