About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct end‑to‑end planning, execution, and governance of enterprise IT and cybersecurity programs supporting national security functions.
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver cloud‑based solutions and secure infrastructure on schedule and within budget.
- Implement Agile and DevSecOps practices to accelerate delivery while maintaining rigorous security controls.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, providing regular status reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale IT and cybersecurity programs, preferably in a federal or defense environment.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proven expertise in Agile project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, TOGAF) and a track record of delivering mission‑critical solutions.
