About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for manufacturing and distribution IT solutions, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
- Lead cross‑functional Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply‑chain stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Manage integration of ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ensuring seamless data flow, real‑time visibility, and process automation.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related industrial environments.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of ERP, MES, and inventory management systems, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to influence cross‑functional teams and drive consensus.
