Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative IT products, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution using Agile Scrum and data‑driven insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery through Agile Scrum ceremonies.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences and validate concepts with user testing.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and external partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in IT or software services.
- Proven track record delivering successful products using Agile Scrum.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in German and English.
