Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures aligned with federal, state, and organizational directives.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response coordination.
Oversee network infrastructure planning, configuration, and performance optimization to support mission-critical operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies while ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT policy, cybersecurity, or network management within a regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of federal and state IT security frameworks (NIST, DoD, etc.) and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
