Systems Engineer
We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to design, automate, and maintain cloud‑based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security using Linux, scripting, and AWS services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, RDS, and networking components.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and patch management using Ansible and custom Bash/Python scripts.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security metrics; implement alerting and incident response processes.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and enforce best practices.
- Maintain documentation of architecture, procedures, and runbooks for operational continuity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations or site reliability engineering.
- Strong Linux administration skills and proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Ansible.
- Knowledge of monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) and incident management.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and effective communication in a fast‑paced environment.
