Systems Engineer
Responsible for maintaining and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance across on‑prem and cloud environments using Linux, Windows Server, AWS, and automation tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure across on‑prem and AWS environments.
- Automate configuration and deployment processes using Ansible, PowerShell, and Python scripts.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security with tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and CloudWatch.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Hands‑on knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC).
- Strong scripting skills in Python and PowerShell.
- Experience with configuration management (Ansible) and monitoring solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to infrastructure reliability.
