IT Operations Engineer responsible for maintaining and enhancing a hybrid IT platform, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across Linux, Windows, and networking environments using scripting, monitoring, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot the hybrid IT platform, ensuring high availability and performance across Linux and Windows environments.
- Implement and manage monitoring solutions to proactively detect and resolve incidents.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash) to streamline routine tasks and deployments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement secure network and infrastructure solutions.
- Document processes, runbooks, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations or system administration.
- Hands‑on experience with networking concepts, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus) and automation platforms.
