Software Engineer
Provide on‑site technical support for enterprise clients, diagnosing and resolving Windows, Linux, and network issues while maintaining hardware and software environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on‑site support for Windows and Linux workstations, servers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
- Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and user permissions.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and backups for client systems.
- Document incidents, solutions, and best practices in the ticketing system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or help‑desk roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
