Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily network operations, ensuring uptime and performance for mission‑critical systems.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network, server, and security incidents.
- Coordinate with IT and clinical staff to plan and implement network upgrades, patches, and security enhancements.
- Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with military and healthcare regulations.
- Mentor and train junior IT staff on best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration and IT support within a regulated environment.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Cisco networking equipment, and security tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
