Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee our organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and support operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects, ensuring network and system security, leading the IT support team, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
- Lead and mentor the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Plan, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Oversee software and hardware procurement, licensing, and vendor relationships.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and recommend technology solutions.
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, controlling costs while maintaining service quality.
- Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of networking, Windows/Linux servers, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), virtualization, and cybersecurity.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and endpoint management.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) processes and ticketing systems.
- Strong project management and vendor management skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
