About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain on‑premise and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Develop, enhance, and support internal applications and automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and related tools.
- Manage network services, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security to protect sensitive health data.
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across servers, storage, and networking components.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify manual processes and implement automated solutions that improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive IT operations experience, including system administration and network management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell for automation and tool development.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in security best practices, compliance (HIPAA preferred), and incident handling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven setting.
