About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Power Apps solutions.
- Lead the development team in designing, coding, and testing applications using .NET, Azure services, and SQL databases.
- Implement Agile practices, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.
- Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for security and performance.
- Integrate DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment across Azure environments.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering professional growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Power Apps development and .NET application architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (App Service, Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and SQL Server.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, Git).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Leadership experience managing a small to medium development team.
