Engineering Manager
Lead and manage Aerofarms’ IT operations onsite, ensuring robust network, security, and cloud infrastructure while driving technology projects and team performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, including network, servers, and security systems.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and virtualization platforms.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and compliance standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and budget for IT equipment and services.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
