About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
- Lead IT projects from conception to deployment, coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing timelines and budgets.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance, conduct risk assessments, and implement protective measures across all systems.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate service level agreements.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive IT management experience.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of network architecture, virtualization, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
