About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and manage scalable cloud environments using AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Implement and maintain security controls, incident response, and compliance frameworks across the organization.
- Design and automate IT service processes following ITIL best practices to improve efficiency and reduce ticket volume.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align IT strategy with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring KPIs, and driving proactive problem resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, cloud architecture, or security engineering.
- Proven expertise in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of security operations, threat detection, and compliance standards.
- Hands‑on experience with ITIL processes and service management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
