About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end development of product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Architect scalable, secure solutions on AWS, selecting appropriate services and patterns.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver on schedule.
- Drive code quality through reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Java and Python, and hands‑on experience with AWS services.
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and experience leading Scrum teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) is a plus.
