Software Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of Workday Talent Management and Learning modules, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable talent solutions across the enterprise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, configure, and deploy Workday Talent Management and Workday Learning solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate talent strategy.
- Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycles—including requirements gathering, design, testing, rollout, and post‑implementation support.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to translate functional needs into technical specifications and system enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing upgrades or customizations.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices, data integrity, and change management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Workday HCM modules, specifically Talent Management and Learning.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition, performance management, and learning administration.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects using Agile methodologies and deliver on schedule.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Workday certification preferred.
