About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of system administrators to maintain and optimize Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions, including virtualization, storage, and networking components.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align technology initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee information security practices, conduct risk assessments, and enforce compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support for customer‑facing services, ensuring rapid issue resolution and excellent service levels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux distributions.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Experience in information security, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, operations, and support teams.
