Devops Engineer
Lead design, deployment, and maintenance of secure, high‑availability IT infrastructure using Windows, Linux, and VMware environments, while ensuring compliance with court security and data protection standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage virtualized and physical server environments (Windows Server, Linux, VMware) to support court applications and services.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policy to ensure secure identity and access management.
- Plan and execute capacity, performance, and disaster‑recovery strategies, including backup, replication, and failover solutions.
- Collaborate with application teams to optimize infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and compliance with court regulations.
- Automate routine tasks and configuration management using scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and configuration tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, with a focus on Windows and Linux environments.
- Proven expertise in VMware vSphere, Hyper‑V, or similar virtualization platforms.
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN).
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high‑availability solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a regulated environment.
