About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- Manage Azure Active Directory identities, licensing, and conditional access policies.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and bulk administration tasks.
- Monitor service health, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with Microsoft support to resolve complex issues.
- Implement security, compliance, and data governance controls across the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end‑users and internal IT teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD, security groups, MFA, and conditional access.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online configuration and migration.
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and data loss prevention within Microsoft 365.
