Devops Engineer
IT Infrastructure Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise networking and cloud infrastructure, focusing on Azure resources, Zscaler security services, firewalls, VPNs, and VLAN configurations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise‑grade IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Administer Zscaler ZIA and ZPA services to provide secure internet access and private application connectivity.
- Configure, manage, and monitor firewalls, VPNs, and access‑control policies across the environment.
- Handle network switching tasks, including VLAN provisioning, port security, and Layer 2/Layer 3 troubleshooting.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, and Storage accounts.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for user and group lifecycle management and access provisioning.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA or comparable secure web gateway solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure services and Azure Active Directory administration.
- Proficiency in firewall configuration, VPN technologies, and VLAN/network switching concepts.
- Solid understanding of network security principles, including NSGs, security policies, and access controls.
- Ability to troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 issues and automate routine tasks using scripting or infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
