About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day‑to‑day IT operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, ensuring high availability of servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Azure environments, including virtualization platforms such as Hyper‑V or VMware.
- Develop and enforce security policies, perform vulnerability assessments, and coordinate incident response to protect corporate data.
- Collaborate with global IT leadership to align regional initiatives with corporate strategy and standards.
- Manage a team of senior support engineers, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and on‑call rotation schedules.
- Lead ITIL‑based service management processes, including change, incident, and problem management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Windows Server, Azure, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPN, and security best practices.
- Proven leadership skills, including team building, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience in service management.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a hands‑on approach to complex technical issues.
