Systems Engineer
Lead and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure and operations, driving cloud adoption, automation, and monitoring to ensure high availability and performance across on‑prem and cloud environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring using tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, and Python scripts.
- Manage network architecture, security policies, and access controls to ensure compliance and resilience.
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) for proactive incident detection and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and secure infrastructure as code.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and operations, preferably in a mid‑to‑large enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with automation tools (Ansible, PowerShell) and scripting (Python).
- Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
