About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of digital products.
- Define and execute cloud architecture strategies, ensuring scalability, security, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Implement and champion DevOps pipelines, automation, and CI/CD best practices to accelerate release cycles.
- Drive agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to align technical work with business goals.
- Oversee IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management, to maintain high availability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a people‑management or lead role.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps toolchains.
- Proven ability to apply agile methodologies and improve software development lifecycle efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
