Software Engineer
Hands‑on IT Engineer responsible for designing, deploying and supporting Microsoft 365 services and corporate network infrastructure, with a focus on cloud‑first solutions, security, and process improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.
- Implement and manage network infrastructure (routing, switching, VPN, firewalls) across multiple sites.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts to streamline administration and reporting.
- Monitor security posture, apply patches, and respond to incidents for both cloud and on‑premise environments.
- Produce and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 services and enterprise networking.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerShell scripting.
- Hands‑on experience with Cisco routers/switches, VPN technologies, and firewall configuration.
- Solid understanding of security concepts, monitoring tools, and incident response.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to produce clear technical documentation.
