Software Engineer
L2 IT Engineer responsible for maintaining Windows client and server environments, troubleshooting Microsoft Office and O365 issues, providing network and server support, and managing IT assets to enhance infrastructure reliability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot standard software packages across Windows client and server platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve Microsoft Office and Office 365 related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Provide L2 support for network and server standard roles, including performance monitoring and fault isolation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement IT solutions and improve infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and generate regular call reports for audit and compliance.
- Offer timely recommendations to enhance existing IT infrastructure and support business continuity.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and client OS troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Office 365, and related troubleshooting tools.
- Experience in network troubleshooting and L2 support environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to document processes and incidents.
